The latest zombie killing action Dead Island 2 gets an actual
gameplay trailer rather some pre-render cinematic not showing what the game is.
It’s not being developed by Techland this time because they’re focusing on
their other project Dyinglight and not another Call of Juarez, which they
should.
The game does look more appealing compared to the other
games and the gameplay looks smoother and not stiff compared to the first game
and Riptide. When I reviewed Dead Island Riptide I didn’t have a good time with
it because it tried to mix survival elements with over the top zombie killing
action, which didn’t work. This game does look like it can be some pure genocidal
fun.
Dead Island 2 is out on Xbox One, PS4 and PC in 2015.
